Our powders are eligible for return if they are physically damaged. These powders are homegrown and packaged fresh before sale so that chances of any contamination are negligible.

Please store the powders in airtight containers in a cool, dry place since exposure to moisture might dampen them. Do not refrigerate.

No returns and refunds on our cards or journals.

In event of order cancellation, the customer will be charged 15% of the order amount before the refund is processed.

Incase of return/refund:

Powders must be unopened in case of refund
Refund possible on unopened packs within 7 days of delivery
If a product is damaged, we will exchange it on priority. No refunds on damaged powders
